We aim to turn around your order within 3-5 days for items that are in stock. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know and will arrange a suitable delivery time.
Orders are sent at customers' own cost and as with all other courier related pricing issues - we’ll agree a price with you before sending.
For international orders and orders that are over a specific weight, we will agree this with you on a case by case basis as overseas charges vary greatly.
